Her head is a bit cut off- might try rounding it and bringing it up a bit. Also, her nose is a bit big for her face, and her mouth could be moved up a bit once the nose is smaller.
I love how you did her necklace, and her cleavage is, uh... mesmerizing. XD To say the least.
