well, I thought about that when I was sketching, that she might be a little "chubby" but I have to consider she probably gained a little weight with the pregnancy and she's still working on getting it off, unless demons are awesome like that and don't have that conundrum after having a child. I don't think I have one with layers still, but I can just color it out a little.

I forgot to mention, you are REALLY damn good at drawing small children. Ka's face is just... goddamn. Not many people, even with a reference, can do that well. I can't remember if I ever asked: have you taken classes? Or is that just natural talent?

sonjajade Only art lessons I've had have been for drawing furniture. I can do grids for drawing in perspective, do proper shading and such, but all of that is so much easier to do on paper. I actually don't think much of my human faces, so the compliment means a lot to me! *furious blush*Jinxy-sama That makes it even better. I was never very good at drawing backgrounds, rooms or otherwise, despite having taken Art I-IV in high school and a couple of college classes... maybe because I was always more interested in drawing people and, thus, had more practice at that. Using a drawing pad takes some getting used to, as does PS. I'm mostly self-taught on that and am still learning. I've come a long way where anime-style stuff is concerned... don't think I can do realism like that anymore, though. XD *Is wayyy out of practice*
