I like her expression in this, the blue color, the painted effect.

Hey, do you not use lineart? How do you get this effect?

    Well, sort of.. It's actually a pretty old painting, so I find it hard to remember. What usually happens is that I start of with full lines, but it ends up getting erased bit by bit, or changed, like the expression, which wasnt part of the original lineart.
    So I guess the answer to this can only be sort of ^^; sorry for being so vague!
