It was nice to make a change from bullet-points for options.
What I ended up with was a combination of "More Of The Similar", because I'm staying in the same industry, "Something Different", because I'm working for the company who make the software I've used for 11+ years, and "Further Education", because I have SO VERY MUCH to learn for the new role.
