It's looks clean for pixels work - however on that same point you can definitely tell it's pixeled, and I wasn't sure if that was intended or not, as this is a finished work. While I like the idea of making the font bold in front to stand out against the seeming flag in the background, the only advise I can think of would be perhaps a softer shade of purple? It would be a bit less harsh seeming. Still nice job!
