I like this one very much. The face conveys emotion well. I like the contrast between the eyes, the highlight on the lips, and the way her hair floats as if its underwater.

Thank you! I wanted her hair floating like she's starting to use some powers, like in anime and such.

Ah, that makes sense.
Are the powers incidental to the sadness, or does her sadness activate the powers?
