Awe- I'm sorry to hear that and I know that feel. I'm on the tail end of that feel too. 2019 saw me going to therapy for the first time, and I sorted out a lot of spring cleaning, then my best friend at the time "divorced" me from her life with no warning and blamed it on a bunch of stuff that was really nothing stuff. She's going through some shit so it's ok, but it messed me up super bad.

My process to get back into it was to sleep a lot, have a sketch book to draw what I feel like to the degree I feel like. I hit up pintrest and draw stuff from there like poses, faces, etc... then eventually I started drawing simple art with lots of anatomy errors and I just let that all come out. I did 20 pictures over days and they're all terrible XD Then I managed to get rid of enough negativity to do the 6 fanarts challenge I'm doing now, and the difference from the first of them to the last is huge. My stamina is coming back, and I'm having fun drawing again. I don't know if this process helps, but if it does, then it was all worth sharing ^^

    I am Smile As I said, I'm on the tail end of it. I've been posting some art from the 6 fanarts challenge. I'm.... spending a long time on each picture so they're getting a post each. My current one getting a work in progress cause it's taking WAY too long ^^; I'm drawing though which is totally worth it Smile
