i just can't wrap my head around how much you seem to have improved with your art in such a short time span, it's amazing and admirable! i especially love the faces on these guys gahh.

    I spent two weeks on this and a lot of reference photos. I normally don't have reference photos when I'm drawing. Tongue
    I hope to continue doing more work like these. The characters were a lot of effort that my bg got lame. Haha

      the characters are so intricate and well done that the "lame" bg doesn't even matter in my opinion haha.

      references really do make a difference! i've noticed it especially in my human art since hOW DOES ONE DRAW A HUMAN WITHOUT A REF? it's funny how common the mindset of "if i use references i don't know how to draw" is, and it's not even true lol. i still need to practice out of it myself.

        Right! Reference photos are the best!
        I just get too lazy to look them up most of the time.
