The stained glass effect in this is gorgeous! The way you use the shapes along the dragon to suggest the form and show the scales is delightful, and I enjoy how you depict the surface of the water a ton. Using that texture to show shifts of color in the same pane of glass (such as along the wing membrane) is creative, it looks like wear and tear along the surface of the glass, which is a neat way to include those color shifts.
