PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
i. You must follow the rules detailed in the sales journal you are purchasing from, as well as all rules listed in these terms of sale. It is recommended that you keep a link to the journal/comment thread, and screenshot evidence of your purchase and details of the sale journal itself.

After we have sent you an invoice, you may NOT delete, hide, or modify any connected comments you made on the sales journal. Doing so may put you at risk of being banned from future sales.
ii. By paying for this purchase, you agree you are the cardholder of the card linked to the Paypal account this invoice is being sent to, and that you have the right to spend the money that you use in this purchase. You are also agreeing that you are abiding by Paypal's own policy. This includes, but is not limited to, being of age to possess a PayPal account in your own name. If you are not of age, we will not allow you to make purchases via PayPal.
iii. Were Dracostryx to receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder or the purchaser no longer wishes to take part in the purchase, we take no responsibility for it. Chargebacks on these orders are not allowed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact Dracostryx through email ([email protected]) or a note to the DA Dracostryx group (https://www.deviantart.com/dracostryx) with your reasons, and we will work to reach a mutually satisfying solution. Purchases are not refundable and no negotiations will be made after goods have been delivered.

If you wish to resell the item you purchased after payment, you can offer your item for sale to another person for the same price or lower than you purchased it for. DO NOT sell it for a higher price. If you're caught doing so, you risk being banned from Dracostryx.

In the event that you are banned from Draco Stryx, you are not entitled to any refund from Draco Stryx LLC of digital goods, as bans are generally the result of a violation of game rules and/or ToS. You may instead sell off your items to other players within one month of the ban notice.
iv. Do not ask for things not outlined in the sales journal you are purchasing from. We only sell from a specific inventory of items per sale, and we will not make exceptions.
v. Payment plans are no longer available. The full payment must be made in one transaction. For all purchases, you must make the payment within 30 days of the date the invoice was sent.
