If an admin has told you that you need to resubmit no matter what the reason, this guide is here to help you.

The most common corrections needed are but not limited too:

• The background needs editing

• Extra Stryx Bonus (i.e. like two stryx belonging to the same player and not a different one)

• Form is filled out incorrectly

In the PM you get for the entry that has been processed the admin should have directed you to the Quick Reference AP guide as well as explain what did not pass. The admin might give you some tips on how to improve it so that it will pass next time that you submit it into the queues. 

Correcting the Entry itself

If you have to correct something in the entry itself like background then you will have to edit the entry for it to count towards any of the activities or events that you have submitted too. If you decide not to correct the mistake that did not pass you are welcome to submit the image for misc AP! So not all of the AP is lost in the abyss. Just head over to the misc queue and submit it there. 

Forgot to add a bonus after you hit submit?

If you have noticed that you have forgotten to list out an AP bonus, you unfortunately cannot edit your original submission at this time. You can submit it again and it will be in the queue twice but make sure you label which one has the correction.

Sometimes if the admin notices that you have forgotten an AP bonus like Personal Bonus or other bonuses like that they will be nice and add it in for you. However, this might not be the case for every submission because it still might be overlooked. Please make sure that you are double checking your submission form before clicking submit.

Missing AP Bonuses after being approved

If you have noticed an AP bonus that was missed after the submission has been approved for AP, you are welcome to toss it back into the queue to correct the missing AP. This is how you can do that. 

• Resubmit the entry like normal into the correct queue. Instead of filling out the form again please put a note explaining what happened or what is missing. 

  • Example: 

Missing bonuses:

- Personal Bonus +3

- Extra Stryx +3

Total= 6 AP

• We will then adjust the character points and make a mod note with the corrected amount in case we need to view it later and it will be at the top of the flag thread. 

However, you have chosen the flat rate you cannot submit a correction to the queues since the flat rate is locked in. You cannot change your mind later.

Timed Corrections: Events & Monthly Challenge

For Events and Monthly Challenges we will allow a short period for it to be corrected to qualify for the activity. If you miss the deadline for either you are welcome to submit your entry for AP still through the misc queue. 

Events: 2 weeks

Monthly challenge: 1 week
