This unholy union of soul, sugar, and hunger has resulted in advancing the form of the creature who consumes it. Once your Nomling reaches Rank 5 you can use this item to evolve your Nomling to Stage 2 Nomgrel.

Important: Your first one can be earned from the Evolution Quest "IT'S ALIVE!" which will also teach you crafting, purchased with Cheddar, Cash, or as part of a bundle. The first one is free and gives you all the ingredients you need to make it, for future Noms you'll need to buy a Nomaline with Cheddar or find the ingredients.
