This Castimerian cocktail will embue any one battle elemental attack with water. 

This allows you to make a one-time water elemental attack, regardless of which characters have been drawn. The item will be automatically consumed once your attack goes through.

How to use

1. Visit your character sheet
2. Click the Equip button
3. Search for River Island Iced Tea and confirm you want to equip the item.
