Behind him is my cousin's character, Ge.  ( Vegeta )

Ge is always..ALWAYS..chasing after poor Kaka. It's his goal to, one day, steal Kaka away from Bejiita. o_o; Very unlikely, if you ask me..but that doesn't stop Gege.
