Emperor Donovan is the ruler of the world of Sanguem Deus (my webcomic). He's a tyrant and will eat your soul for breakfast. Don't let the pretty face decieve you.

Well, I have finished it for the most part. I really love Donovan's character and I've been wanting to do a nice piece with him. This is the best piece I've done of him so far, most definitly. The mountains were alot of fun to do.

For those who have a little bit of an issue with his rounded/feminine face, that's just my style, please don't complain about it. That gets annoying after a bit. I personally like it and so do alot of other people. Also, just because you think something like.. his eye color for instance.. clashes with the image, it doesn't mean I'm going to change it. Donovan is a character in my comic and he has a certain design to him for a reason. I won't be changing his color scheme just to please someone else.

I'm sorry if I sound rude, but I do cherish my characters and the way I've designed them. You wouldn't like it if you had a character whose eye and hair color had been a certain way for years and suddenly someone told you that you should do it a different way.

I do have a couple of issues with the picture, but then again I have something I hate about everything I do. The grass for instance... I should have probably left that out.

I've also noticed that some people are complaining that the image is too dark. There is a possibility that that is a monitor issue, though, since it really doesn't look too dark on my screen.

Anyways, he's finished and I hope you guys like him.
