ANG: Hitomi & Kon

Hitomi and her son Kon, Kyoji's kid. This was something I couldn't finish due to my art block. Mind you this is ALTERNATE NG, not the actual story line. With some inspiration from History of Trunks' DBZ film.

Like I said, this takes place in an alternate NG universe, where after a one night stand Hitomi realizes she's with child. She was happy for a while...but, then, later all hell broke loose on her. Firstly, Hajime found out about her and Kyoji and basically left her, too heart broken to comprehend it all. She never saw him again afterwards. Next, her family found out and initially gave thought to disowning her, but couldn't find it in their hearts to do so. However this didn't stay quiet for long, as somehow her 'treachery' was made public (mostly likely by a super jealous Mamoru) and Hitomi's family, with heavy hearts, were forced to cut all ties to her. Hitomi, pregnant and all alone, was shortly approached by a smug but resentful Mamoru who offered her his home and protection, along with a promise to care for her child like it was his own. But Hitomi, knowing Mamoru'll only bring harm to her and her child simply out of jealous spite, refused him outright. Her rejection caused Mamoru to wildly assault poor Hitomi, and just when she was about to meet a fate worse than death she was suddenly rescued by her former-team-mates Taku and Ryusei. After defeating and chasing off Mamoru, Ryusei went against the law and helped the injured, exiled Hitomi back to health. Once she recovered, Ryusei helped Hitomi some more by reolcating her to a tranquil village in Land of Grass for safety.  Grateful for their kindness, Hitomi bade her team-mates a bitter-sweet farewell and left for her new home in Orchid Village where she raised and trained her son Kon in the Ninja way.
