Yep, daughter of Yoshiro & Oeyo (so far, maybe there'll be siblings?)

16 year old buxom with a sweet but slightly blonde nature, Tsuyomi specialises in ice ninjutsu and medical jutsu (uses crystallized chakra for healing purposes).
