My Mage Asrana in her Winter Outfit. She hates winter xD

The finished pencil piece.
It Showed me how rusty I have become with pencils.
My wrist hurts! >< This damn fur coat.
I did it with pencil to see how the shadows will be.
This will be colored with watercolors, once iI've been to Boesner, because I want a new set of watercolors. This time of good quality.

Media: Pencil (2B-2H) on 120g/m² sketch paper

Time: 1,5 hrs (not including the sketch via Paint Tool Sai)

Used a promo shot of Tarja Turunen (former singer of Nightwish) as ref.

She reminds me of my character Magdalen who goes by the name of Winter. Her children are Mages, she herself is not.

I love the shadows and highlights of her hair and the texture of the coat. The only suggestion I have is to shade or line the hands just a bit so they stand out a little more. They disappear in the texture of the fur.

Awesome job.

This is really good! The wrist pain was well worth it because the fur coat looks fantastic! Everything else is excellently done as well!
