God knows how long this took. Been doodling away at this for what feels like forever. Hair was a nightmare. Need more practice at hair. And eyes. Especially noses. But the less said about hands the better :(

The blood is not very realistic and looks more like goo then a liquid. I would concentrate more on drops then a constant flow down, especially with the small amount of blood present in the first place. The blood around the hand is beautiful, but around the mouth is definitely less better.
