DP: The Terror Twins

Blake and Duncan are two OC's from a comic titled Destiny's Calling set in an AU of the Danny Phantom universe. Destiny's Calling has been thought and written quite a bit, but remains currently unfinished as a comic. Blake and Duncan are the equivilant of the two twin Observants seen in the episode the Ultimate Enemy.

Blake and Duncan are the second youngest of the Observant hoard, the first set of actual twins to be born to Clockwork and the Grand Observant. They have a pair of younger twin sisters named Natalia and Natasha that, in the comics timeline, won't be born for a few years. Not that Nate and Tosh as they are known are likely to 'obey' the orders of no meddling (or just randomly hopping) through the timestream.

Blake (left) is a bit strict and can oftentimes come off of as mean. He tends to pick on Duncan quite a bit, although how much of this is most likely staged to get Grand to give them stuff is debatable. Blake only lets off his real mischievious and goofy side with a lot of poking and prodding by his brother.

Duncan (right) is the more laid back twin. He's often goofy and quick to take advantage of a situation and make it a giant panicked mess. Seeing all his brothers and sisters run around like headless chickens is rather amusing. However around any of his siblings besides Blake Duncan tends to be shy, and will oftentimes try to hide behind his brother. Duncan is the elder twin.

When the two work together (of which Duncan is always ready to team up, and eventually Blake comes around to the ideas his twin spouts off) that's when things get crazy. The TUE equivilant to this universe can honestly be pinned on their shoulders, and half of their plots can make their troublemaking little sisters look tame. They tend to be the cause of the most chaos in the Ghost Zone, not that anyone knows that.

The twins were born in the same year as Danny Fenton, which makes them 24 in the year the comics start off. Unlike their siblings, Duncan and Blake are borderline geniuses. They uncovered the secret to obtaining their humanoid form in just over six years, after having witnessed Grand make the change in a very compromising situation at the age of eight. Unlike their other elder siblings (except Nate and Tosh, and their eldest brother, the first of Clockwork and Grand's kids--all three of which are 'special cases') who still have yet to realize they can access a more humanoid shape.

Blake's design is by transformer-wannabe on DA whereas Duncan was designed to look similar, and in a way dissimilar to Blake.
