Upon Waking

I've submitted a dragon-birb version of Kii over on DA, but here is her non-arpg form. She wakes in a strange and ruined land. The glowing plants that push through the gaps in the rock are just as alien, though she finds their presence comforting.

I like how the glow of the grass is not uniform, but rather it glows stronger at the upper ends. With the uniform rectangles in the back, it feels like she's wandering through the ruins of very modern buildings, or more so the outskirts of a modern city.

  Thank you! I have a weak spot for stuff that glows. And tbh, I haven't entirely decided on how I want to do the buildings; structures like that are still a work in progress for me in general. A modern look might be an interesting contrast to the usual "magical post-apocalypse" type story.
