A Breif-ish Character Bio:
They were raised in the Cuiviénen Kingdom as the 2nd eldest child of the Queen and King, and as being of royal blood made them have privy to not
truly be faced with the harsher realities of life. This being enhanced even more with how they were treated. Because; Mahina had a habit of acting younger than
they actually were, so their parents got used to treating them as such(Despite the fact that they were 2nd eldest)Their natural baby face and having the smallest
stature out of the family didn't help either, so with those things combined they unkowningly got away with a lot more. This being very noticable on the occasions
they'd actually get themselves into trouble. Being that the only form of punishment they'd get was either a "slap on the wrist", or maybe a lecture. But besides that
they'd just get sent on their merry way. Never truly learning the gravity that certain mess ups can have. They also had more leeway on their royal schedule because again.
Due to Mahina getting treated more like a child. Than someone who(if anything were to go wrong)would be next in line to the throne, so they were able to cram in more...
enjoyable activites. Even having the ability to wander out of the castle grounds more(albeit with HEAVY gaurd supervision). Nevertheless; they still got to explore
far more than most of their other siblings ever really could. Since they were made to have more stakeholds in the grand scheme of things. Having to meet expectations
that their parents thought Mahina couldn't or wouln't be able to meet.
But, regardless of that the little explorations that Mahina went on. Started giving them a taste for adventure. For example; Mahina would go to places like the
Forest of the Moonlight Mangroves. Interacting with the almost ethereal like ecosystem, or Exploring the Lani Plaza. Either by watching the street preformers regale
tales of supposed myth, or enjoying the authentic streetfood and merchant wares. Even buying a couple souvenirs from time to time. They'd retell(and sometimes show)
their mini adventures to the members of their family that'd had the time to spare. However; Mahina's favorite mini expeditions were going to the city's main capitol and
visiting its primary Inn and portal hub; The Ocean Sky. The main reason it was their favorite(and one of the major things that played a part in Mahina becoming an adventurer)
was being able to listen or over hear tales that the the main adventurer's personal squires or bards would regale. Even at times be able to hear it from the adventurer's mouth
themselves. On top of that watching as the almost cermonial like way heros and adventurers would enter and exit through these mythical portals that led to other worlds was
captivating. Dreaming that maybe someday that'll be them.
So; Over time they began trying to encompass this vision. Enhancing their magical prowess. Which was easy enough already taking lessons with the royal Sages and Enchanters. Taking their ablities to the next level.
