Personality: Friendly and kind, Gus loves meeting new people and lending a hand where he can. He can talk your ear off if you let him, and he’s excited to learn new things and see the wider world. He’s very generous, sometimes to a fault, willing to give the shirt off his back to anyone who seems in need of help. While they're a big softy at heart, they are not against getting in someone’s face if they see someone being cruel or aggressive to friends and strangers alike, though Gus will rarely resort ro violence.

Background: 

Gus grew up on his family’s farm just outside Mistralton City in Unova. The family was close knit and Gus enjoyed working on the farm. But despite this, Gus always dreamed of leaving home and training pokemon. Seeing the planes fly into the city day in and day out filled Gus with wanderlust, and while they hated the idea of leaving their family behind, they knew they’d never be happy if they didn’t take a leap of faith and travel somewhere new. Despite his fear of heights, Gus eventually built up the courage and money to get a plane ticket to travel to the Crater Region, where he’s excited to start the next chapter of his life.
