"Charlie" seems to have power over water, it is unknown how this is done and research is still being done. Charlie seems to have extreme aggression if there items are messed with (touching, taking out of hand, breaking) if done so they use there powers to get rid of creature/person. They seem to be fine with there powers and how they use it, they also show to know how to use it quite well. We advise that you do not interact with there items, be warned
(Charlie knows how to use there power quite well but is still learning new things, they also fear about hurting other that they are close to even tho they know how to control it... kind of...)
