Hex's Hornet form

Hex has many forms that they can take. This is one they are unaware of. When in fight or flight mode it's possible for them to accidentally shift into this creator, having their mind blocked off as their body wrecks havok. 

This form is around 15ft tall and can go quadrupedal. Its exoskeleton can split open to allow tendrils to lash out, eyes covering its body in different unsuspecting ways. Due to Hex's mind basically being shut off, this form does not speak in anything but horrific chittering, clicks, screeches, and gargled roars.
