DEKA - EXISTENTIAL CRISIS (KAHARI CHALLENGE)

Prompt #1 - The Starfields

Stella teleported to this place as an escape from the rest of the world. She couldn't find Käreitär anywhere, not even back at home. In the goddess's absence, she would use this alone time to contemplate of her element.

If she remembers correctly, then Stella's power of water is unnatural. She could manifest it from nothing, but she can also control other forms of liquid. In unison with Käreitär's unusual power of fire, the two could make something so exotic yet so destructive at the same time. She wonders if such thought is true, or if she can control almost every liquid in the universe down to the tiniest molecule of liquid vapor.

Stella once more channels her magic in the sea of stars. She was able to control droplets from the Starfields, then a bubble, then it manifested into shapes. Stella even tried running fast enough, leaving a trail of rough starry water behind her. But even with such speed, the waters will always return to its stillness. Is it true that she can control anything? Can it not be just the essence of water alone that she has dominion over?

Then she began making pillars, waves, and even a miniature fountain show for herself. Stella was having fun, but at the same time questioning herself. Being at a level so equal to Käreitär yet so young in her eyes made Stella wonder what her real purpose is. Käreitär sees her as a child who deserved the world, but Stella sees herself as someone who surpasses even her own mentors... let alone overthrowing a parent.

I feel like this would be a perfect time to get it out of my head. Stella in a sea of stars was stuck with me alongside the concept for Avangard's 2nd prompt. As mentioned on Discord, I really thought of Genshin Impact's 4.0 update, a juice load of Princess Luna from "My Little Pony", and everything interstellar or cosmic my brain can think of.
