Fit Check

I took heavy inspiration from the Pumpkin Tailor outfit in the MMORPG Black Desert. Lol

I drew this last month in an effort to free myself from my ongoing art block. It turned into a minor style experiment when I tried to make his shoes look leather-like. As soon as I saw how they came out, I went, "well... crap, now I have to do that for everything else, too!"

The characters are Terk (dude) and Noel (fox). Terk is a good-natured knight errant and a firm believer in speaking softly and carrying a big stick. His tragic flaw is that he's kind of stupid... Noel, the fox, is Terk's loyal sidekick and the brains of the operation. She's one of those anti-social "I hate everybody except this one person specifically" types and has a dark sense of humor.

Their dynamic is: Terk would run inside a burning building to save someone. Meanwhile, Noel would track down and bully the arsonist.
