prompt 1:  Borealis Enclave (enjoy the story, lol)

         After the arrest of Portal Posi, a curious event happened. It was said that in the chaos of the thath's arrest, a new portal had opened. As the chaos was winding down, the rumors began. It was said that an old television was found floating on the surface of the ocean. Anyone that got close would be sucked in. Anyone who came back or found it accidentally, came back saying they were turned into merfolk, or something similar. The other stories told about this new portal featured an underwater city and new adventures. Antal had decided to investigate as it could be a great date if it was true. Tracking down someone who had supposedly went through the portal, Antal was given a place on where the portal might be since it was known to move.

          Wouagi seemed to be the right place for it to hide. It took several hours to find in amongst the swamp water, (and an awful large amount of bug spray), and a few notes to himself to feel confident in retaining the location. It took a bit of scheduling because Porceline and Marvo were traveling with the circus for a bit. When she was able to, Porceline joined him in Wouagi. Antal envied her since she didn't have to bug spray herself at all. "Where are we going?," Porceline curiously asked, as they traveled to where he hoped the portal was still. "You know about the waterworld portal? I think I found it.", Antal pushed away some branches as she moved in front of him. At first, there was nothing and he felt disappointed as Porceline looked expectantly at him. "Where did you say it was?," She asked him. In the very few moments they looked, it slowly faded into view. A faint image of an ocean surface appeared on it. As they got closer to it, ribbons of light wrapped around their wrists. The image disappeared and was replaced with a blinding white light.

            When they were able to see again, both of them were shocked. Porceline had changed; her outfit was gone, replaced by a pink jellyfish lower half that got pretty long. Antal had no legs and his prosthetic hand had been turned into a flesh and blood hand. His cape had been turned into a stingray-eque wings. His legs were no more, instead replaced by long thin tail with a barb at the end of it. As they were taking it all in awe, underwater lights stole their attention. It looked like city lights, and multiple merfolk silhouettes could be seen, even if it wasn't very clear. "You look very nice," Antal gave her a now toothy grin, "as usual." "You do as well.", Porceline smiled back at him, "and it seems you got some sharp teeth." Confused, the half-elf touched his teeth. They were sharp after all. Curious. "Want to investigate the lights, my dear?", Antal offered her his elbow instinctually. She took it, "Absolutely. We'll have to tell Marvo about this place later. He'll love this." "For sure," the half elf turned merfolk responded, and together they swam down to the unfamiliar and new underwater city.
