Hello!
May I ask what gene is covering Pangare? From what I'm seeing, Unders is on top of Pangare ( which is ok ), but Blanket doesn't touch Pangare at all, so the edges of Pangare ( the white marking you point out ) are still visible on the Soil base. And there are no other genes that can cover Pangare, so this confuses me a bit.
This is what I mean when I say Pangare needs to be soft-edged, in case it helps:

OMG I DID IT AGAIN- sorry here it is now 😂 burn is on top of the pangare but i think i need to put it under it ?? or make pangare smaller?
Burn is ok on top of Pangare! In the marking order guide, Burn is set as a "Wild Card" marking, so it can go on top of or below any gene that doesn't specify otherwise.
