Try cleaning your scanner screen with windex sprayed on a very soft cloth NOT DIRECTLY ON THE GLASS or use a spray made for TV/Computer screens but again not directly on it

ah , i now uncursed my scanner!!! I did what you said, it work...lol...i think i cursed too quickly! Thanks about my Inu!
