Before you color it, there are a few things that could be improved. The forehead looks like it sticks out a bit too much bu be careful, if you make it not stick out so much, you may create a "tangent" with the border. A tangent is when two lines suddenly run parallel to each other and flatten out the picture. You've almost got a tangent with that strand of hair close to the border. Try bringing it closer to the center of the image a little bit more. The shape of the shoulder looks a bit too big and flat. The eyebrow is pointing up too much (not sure how to describe it). Try flipping the image in photoshop so that you can "See" it for the first time. Other than that, this image is looking really great. I can't wait to see the colored version.
