"Foliage has always been a problem for me, actually." Really? That seems quite odd because all of your drawings with that kind of stuff, you make it look so easy. The results are so phenomenal. It might -look- easy, darling, but it certainly isn't. I -always have to pull out a whole lot of photos of trees at different angles so I have an idea of how the lights and darks work. I wasn't too impressed with the way my foliage turned out in 'autumn fay' actually... I thought it looked too stiff. But hey! They say the artist is his/her own worst critic.
