    a dutch angle is when the camera is tilted a little bit so that the horizon line is on a slant.

      OK- that makes sence. He isn't balanced. All of his weight is on his left foot cause his torso is completly above it. The right leg should either be tippe toed, or closer to the other foot. Either that, or you need to kick out his left leg more. That's how I see it Smile

        he's balanced. his weight is evenly on both legs. but the horizon is slanted for drama. but i'll tip him more to one side and draw in a horizon line to make the dutch angle more noticable. trust me it will make more sense when you see the next revision

          [imgfp374] I don't know if this is clear, but this is what I'm meaning- if you line up the angle on his head to his body, his right leg looks out. If I'm wrong, then do tell me why ^^;

            oh ok i see what you're saying! i want his back to be arched a little bit but perhaps i need to follow that line there that you just put down. i'll work with that. thank you Big Smile

              Thanks Smile I didn't think I was going too crazy ^^; It was a bit difficult though, cause knowing how you know art, that may have actually been the pose- I just wanted to make sure that you understood my basis of the critique Smile I'm glad I could help ^^

            yeah looking at it again. the shoulders should probably match the same angle as the feet. you're right.

            by the way, sorry the image folio thingy wasn't displaying properly before. there was a problem with my code. i fixed it.
