This is a cool sketch! Maybe I'm being picky, but the ears looks a little high. Maybe you can lower them. Also, the horns seem like they were slapped on. I may be wrong though, since fantasy-type creatures don't always have the same structure as humans.
The horns were rushed - I scibbled them on and forgot to tweak them before posting. The ears do see higher than they need to be... Thanks for the crit.
