What is Poutine? Is it fish? I am not a fish eater or a meat eater. Sick I hope it will help. I have just recently been baptized French and British. And I have been knighted. (just check out the forums. ) I can sing the entire Alouette song, though. ^_^

Poutine (to be prononce Pooteen) Is a famous dish ,lol, its french fries with a brown sauce topped with big pieces of cheeze. Its delicious! Fattening but delicious, and you can only eat that here in Québec!After eating a poutine, you'll swear, drink labatt bleu beer and talk a colonial french, enjoy!Wink Well, i now baptised you french Québecer!           lolLaughing! What could you say to blend in Québec...hum...apart from swearing and spouting phrases of Elvis Gratton(a lousy movie that everyone here seems to love)...i cant think of anything
