You have phenomenal shading. 
I think my only crit is to watch your proportioning and anatomy. They're a bit way off. 
But I'm afraid I really can't help you fix it. I'm having a rough time in that department myself.

yeah this pic is about a year old now, i've learnt a bit more about anatomy since then, thanks for the comment ^_^
