ROFL! Nah... my original intent was to draw him in full uniform but I couldn't resist the topless version. 
I really have to finish this one... though the newer version of him is better drawn I think. I have such trouble with waists, male or female. ><

sure sure. Of corse you meant to clothe him ^^
If you have issues with waists, use google images and search for shirtless men (have the mature filter on though otherwise you'll get all sorts of porn). If it looks over all straight up and down between the ribcage and the thighs you should be ok. That's my rule of thumb for men ^^
