great job 
i've always been a fan off the whol hair draped over the eye thing and the colouring is very well one althoug the white brazier does draw the eye a little more than it needs to, other than thats its fine.
two questions though
one: Whats the name of that keyblade and what's its unique abilites (I'm trying to make my own set of keyblades and don't want to accidently steal ideas.)
two: how would she fare in a fight against Sora or Riku?

1) All that info is up on the picture right next to her. Its pretty clear what the ability is.
2) Considering just how Mati acts, if she did run into either Sora or Riku she'd probably sneer and walk off. If she was cohearsed into a fight, I'm pretty sure she could hold her own and likely win in some way because she fights dirty.
