Actually, the build reminds me a lot of Welsh Ponies. To get a more Arab look I'd dish the face slightly from brow to nostrils and thin the neck out a lot.

And thank you for the tip! Equine anatomy is very very poor when I do it, and getting the different look in build is so hard. But I'll remember the tip to get an Arabian face.
