It goes like this from top to bottom: top bun(toasted), sauce, onions, lettuce, pickle, meat patty, middle bun(toasted), sauce, onions, lettuce, pickle, meat patty, bottom bun(toasted). voila! I think so. The part that's mustard needs to be on the light side though. I just remember the sauce guns gave out the right amounts. Umm. lets see. Portion size, the mayo was the biggest, tartar was next in amount, then ketchup, and mustard was the smallest.
