    THANKS! With acrylic paints, I get a good effect with thick brush strokes but for realism and to approximate reality and be as close to the source material as possible, nothing beats sharpened charcoal pencils and a large enough work surface. (And of course with me, black and white is always good for realism. No color problems. Big Smile
