He likes to go fast, but he also likes to try and knock other birds out of the skies, and can tend to charge them even when he doesn't have any cause to.

Shakil and his brother Malik are tyrants on and off their respective fields. They're known bullies among the stables, but their handler takes delight in the foul, high tempers of his birds. Shakil has a reputation for being quick to take a snap at someone, and for quick, erratic movements that speak of too much energy not worked out in practice sessions.
