A Lycan with the unusual ability of speech, capable of comprehending, and communicate in a wide variety of 'rider' languages. He has a voice like honey, and a calm demeanor, which lends to his ability to act as a translator and diplomat. He is patient and able to soothe most tempers, finding a way to work with those most find  difficult.

The wild magic within him that allows him to speak does not end there. When he puts force behind it, he can effect the world with his words. The effectiveness varies, depending on the complexity of what he is trying to do and the strengh of will he puts behind it. Telling something to 'stop' (ie physically stop) is a simple matter, but more complex matters, such as weaving a tale of crops blooming are harder, where as forcing beings into friendships or other such matter they would not normally do is extremely difficult, if not impossible

He tries to use his abilities in moderation, not wanting to abuse the power he has been given, or become a tyrant.
