Brief biography: Namaari always dreamed of adventure and far of worlds. While her sisters quickly grew too old for thier childhood games of pretend, Namaari never hesitated to escape into the estate garden, read her latest adventure book while perched in the ash tree, or climb the vines to peer over the estate walls at the merchant's road stretching out beneath a star-scattered sky.  However, as the fourth daughter of a high-ranking noble family, Namaari was more familiar with the inner workings of society: how to set a proper dinner party, how to pour a kettle of moonstar tea for guests without spilling a drop, and how to smile when you didn't feel like it.

No one in the Starcrest family felt much like smiling after her mother's sudden death. The sisters became closer, each becoming caretakers and confidantes to each other, while her father became quiet and withdrawn, consumed by work and determined to provide the best lives for his daughters. Lightening the mood by making her family smile and laugh became a game for Namaari. 

Namaari's proud elven ancestry was perhaps the cause of her family's unusual application of their magic. The Starcrest's worked in spinning dreams and bringing illusions to life (each sister specifically showed a talent for crafting at least one of the elements). As such, Namaari and her sisters had long been sought after for political gain - whether through marriage or employment.

But as years passed, that road beyond the estate still haunted Namaari. Her sisters were content with thier own lives and families and her father was perpetually consumed with work. It was time, she decided, to make her own dreams come true. On the night of her own betrothal ceremony (thanks to an arranged marriage she never agreed to), Namaari snuck out a window in her family's estate (with the help of her equally reluctant betrothed) and set off for the closest portal and adventure.
