Brief biography: Oath comes from a small town, separated from other places by the walls of waterfalls and waterworks around the village. They prosper off of amber and other minerals, being rather well off. The village was misty, and a myth came with the mist. The myth said that the mist was alive, that it stole people away. But no one was ever stolen, and so the town knew it to not be true.

Dragon hybrids weren't common, and Oath was beloved by all of the town. One day, an older woman gave them a ring, saying it would help him witness the truth. Not understanding what she meant, Oath wore the ring on his horn, not knowing that in doing so they had bound themself to a being far out of reach of any mortal.

This being was a celestial guardian, protecting him and unclouding his vision from what usually obscured the other people in his village's sight. He was able to witness what they call "the shadows", creatures that were always there, in the mist, but that the people in his village could not see. He witnessed these nightmarish creatures stealing away his people, his friends, but he couldn't do anything to stop it. They knew they would just be seen as crazy if they told anyone, so they suffered alone. In silence.

They knew the myth was true. It was just that everyone forgot.

Eventually, they left.

Tall yet thin, bandages applied over various parts of the body. Pale with platinum white hair, having more of a warm tint. White eyes that appear almost clear, sparkling in the sun with golden flakes akin to tinfoil. They dress formally, most often wearing a suit jacket in a rushed way. They often appear quiet or nervous. 

They have the ability to turn themselves into a child-like creature with bigger ears and a smaller tail and horns.
