Brief biography: Actopian is a mutant, born under extremely odd circumstances. He has no concept or morality or ethical practice, instead intrigued with other mysteries of the world. Although smarter than the average person, he often doesn't understand that just because he can, doesn't mean he should. He calls himself a scientist, and does all sorts of odd and confusing experiments to understand the world through his eyes.  Although he may come off cold, he simply lacks the understanding to be anything but cold. He holds no malice towards the people he speaks to.
