Brief biography: Z'ariel was raised by his mother Alana. She owned a small jewelry repair shop tucked away on a quaint side street. She taught him everything he knows about jewelry. Now, he makes a living repairing, modifying, and very occasionally making jewelry. Z’ariel enjoys his job; he loves working with his hands under the light of a lantern long into the night. He maintains a calm demeanor, but has an obvious weakness against compliments. When there’s no orders to take care of he likes to pick up a mystery novel and relax in the dim corner of a coffee shop. Not that he orders any coffee. Only the barista knows that his usual order is a big mug of hot chocolate. He isn't particularly close with anyone due to his insistance on working when he can. One could say that this fixation is Z'ariel's way of igoring the grief caused by his mother's untimely passing, however Z'ariel refuses to see it that way.

Description: Z'ariel's eyes are a brilliant purple reminiscent of jewels, You'd be hard pressed to notice this; however, due to them usually being half open with his long eyelashes sweeping over his vibrant irises. His black hair is trimmed fairly short and parted slightly off-centre.  It covers his head in dark gentle waves. Z’ariel, like any elf, has large pointy ears. They droop down somewhat and the tips are sure to get red after hearing praise for his work. Fitting to his profession, he likes to wear a plethora of different earrings. He usually wears a tranquil expression with the corners of his mouth tilted slightly up or down depending on how well his work is going. Unlike his well decorated ears, Z’ariel prefers simple clothing. He can usually be found wearing a sleeveless shirt when working due to his worry that something from his desk will get caught on the fabric of any sleeves. He wears a pouch belt in the loops of his cotton pants even when he isn’t working as a force of habit. The shoelaces of his simple lace-up boots are the one other thing he likes to decorate. They’re threaded through a multitude of metal beads that Z’ariel personally engraved with different patterns.
