Brief biography: She's the daughter of a legendary family, known for their magical exploits that were so great that they managed to secure themselves a politically independent piece of land. Only, those exploits were all lies and trickery and Cory has long been left alone on this land by her family as they go traveling, tasked with keeping their secret. Having been alone for quite some time, she's hardly a talkative person, and while she does have magic, it's limited to a rudimentary form of healing magic which she learned in order to not consult any doctors. Skilled in survival, she much prefers her small corner of land to any bustling city filled with people she's never met. She has a tendency to act as if she really were as powerful as the rumors say, even though she's well aware that she's not.

Description: A 5'3" woman with pale, creme-colored hair that falls just below her chin. She wears thick layers of green and often has some foliage stuck in her hair or forest green cloak. She's tanned slightly, giving her a warm, almond-skinned complexion. She's well-built and sturdy and her hands have callouses. She has some minor scars in many places, but they end up hidden in her clothing with only two on her face: one just across her right eyebrow and one on the lower side of her left cheek. She's usually unkempt and doesn't take care of the frays in her clothing or the tangles in her hair.
