Brief biography: Rosa was a waitress in her home town at a local cafe as a busgirl. Despite being 23, she was not inrolled in college, nor was she planning to continue her education. She felt restless and unfulfilled by her life, untill one day she went up to a hill overlooking her town and met a strange man in a suit who offered her a life filled with wonder and amazement. She took his offer with some hesitation, and in return he gave her a wand that allowed her to bring inanimate objects to life. She used this new found power to attempt to bring joy to her town, only to instead cause chaos as things suddenly came to life out of Rosa's control. An investigator from the organization S.A.F.E was dispatched to invesigate her and subdue the chaos. Now, the two work together to find the man in the suit before he can cause more chaos.
