Description: (Required for written works only): He's a blue penguin overall. He has a lighter blue belly up until his beak and down until the tip of his tail. The rest of his body is a darker blue. Both his beak and flippers have a deep blue that is closer to black. His eyes and tongue are orange. He often wears colorful objects and accessories, favoring tie-dye and rainbow things. Sometimes a bandana, or a rainbow slinky. He can shoot out purple-colored Plasma energy that can be used as weapons or heating or even enhancements to other objects.
